Our firm's philosophy is based on two fundamental principles: customer satisfaction and quality of life for our staff.

 

Customer Satisfaction
Whatever your field, your professionalism is reflected in the documents your company or organization creates—whether annual reports, brochures, or letters.

That is why your written documents deserve special attention. At ComTra Inc., we think a good translation requires more than just accuracy: it must reflect the spirit of your organization.

Our custom services focus on the needs of our clients, attention to detail, and a perfect end product. To achieve this, every translation request is handled in three steps:

  1. First, the document is translated by one of our qualified translators. Inasmuch as possible, a client's texts are always assigned to one or two persons in particular to ensure consistent terminology and style.
  2. The document is then verified by a reviser. After changes are made, the document is returned to the translator, who checks the corrections entered and, where necessary, discusses these with the reviser.
  3. Finally, the revised translation is submitted to a third person, who makes certain the end product is easy to read and of the highest quality.

When a client requests revision or proofreading, the text is revised or proofread, as the case may be, then assigned to another person in charge of quality control.

Once each of these steps is completed, the document is returned to the client. Our reputation for excellence stems from this three-step process, which is an integral part of ComTra Inc.'s efforts to give every request the special attention it deserves and to make sure clients obtain the quality services they expect.
